K9 Nose Work Oder Class

Did you know dogs have noses 1,000 to 10,000 times more sensitive than ours! So, why not put that nose to work! K9 Nose Work will put your dog’s ability to sniff on cue. K9 Nose work is fun and helps to give the dog a job to do around the house rather than dissect your child’s or your favorite toy. K9 Nose Work can be done anywhere, unlike other dog sports. It is an OBEDIENCE FREE ZONE!

K9 Nose work was in the August 2009 issue of The Whole Dog Journal. Dogs have an amazing sense of smell and a natural desire to hunt. This class focuses on teaching you how to encourage and develop your dog’s natural scenting abilities by using their desire to hunt and their love of toys, food and exercise. It’s a great class for your dog to have fun, build confidence, and burn lots of mental and physical energy and to find out just how good is your dog’s nose. Any dog can participate. If you have a dog that has food guarding or is human aggressive, we ask to do an evaluation first. Dog’s are crated when the team is not working.

Trick Classes

Joker’s Wild

(6months and older) Your pooch learns how to be a dog by playing – and playing with your dog is an essential part of effective obedience training. Joker’s Wild introduces you and your dog to games you can play together and tricks for fun and learning. Boost your dog’s confidence, enhance obedience, and strengthen the bond between you with play! Joker’s Wild graduation will be a Novice/Intermediate Trick Title.

Tricks include basics like bow, shake, spin – and other tricks required for titles.
Want your dog to dance? How about to put up there toys? Then this class is for you!

Age: 6 months and older
Class length: 6-week session
Class size : Limited to 6

Dueces Wild

(6 months and older) Dueces Wild introduces you and your dog to games you can play together and tricks for fun and learning. Boost your dog’s confidence, enhance obedience, and strengthen the bond between you with play! Dueces Wild graduation will be a Advance/Expert Trick title.

Tricks include basics like play dead, scent games, wipe your paws – and other tricks required for titles.
Want your dog to clean up their toys? Then this class is for you!

Age: 6 months and older
Class length: 6-week session
Class size: Limited to 6 dogs

Mad Hatters

(6 months and older) Does your dog have what it takes to be an Expert Trick Dog? Mad Hatters introduces you and your dog to games you can play together and tricks for fun and learning. Boost your dog’s confidence, enhance obedience, and strengthen the bond between you with play! Mad Hatters graduation will be an Expert Trick title.

Tricks include basics like jump through your arms, foot vaults, and other team tricks.
Want your dog to do commercials or half-time shows? Then this class is for you!
